Yes, absolutely. Where two or more people are included on the same booking, or a booking is being made on behalf of a third party, the person making the booking will act as an agent for all members of the party, and accepts the Visit Lapland Terms and Conditions on behalf of the group.

Visit Lapland is an online service, therefore the best and cheapest way to book is through our website. Where a booking is made by telephone, there may be an administration fee added to the booking and the booking is subject to the client’s acceptance of the Visit Lapland Terms and Conditions.

Yes, you are able to cancel a booking after purchasing it online. Cancellations must be made via email: [email protected], and will be confirmed by email. If no confirmation of cancellation has been received it is the responsibility of the guest to contact Visit Lapland on [email protected] Cancellations must be made more than 14 days in advance of the date of activity for the guest to receive a 90% refund. In the event of a cancellation within 14 days of booked activity, Visit Lapland will not give any refunds.
